By accessing the Classbit website (https://classbit.in) or submitting an institutional proposal/quotation request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself or the educational institution you represent.

2. Institutional Proposals & Commercial Quotations

Information displayed on this website is for institutional educational evaluation and does not constitute a binding unilateral offer. All laboratory setups, student kits, and technical training tracks are subject to written institutional agreements, finalized bills-of-materials, delivery schedules, and applicable taxes (GST).

The indicative starting price of ₹499 per student kit is subject to component specifications, microcontroller model, custom branding requirements, and minimum order batch size.

3. Non-Deceptive Capability Positioning

Classbit strictly adheres to truthful educational marketing. Programs offered through Inteliobit and Questobit focus on genuine skill development, guided prototyping, and technical documentation. Classbit does not promise or warrant guaranteed placements, fixed starting salaries, or employment offers as a consequence of completing any training track.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum frameworks, experiment workbooks, schematic guides, brand marks (Classbit, Questobit Academy, Inteliobit), and website content are the intellectual property of Classbit Education And Technology Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of institutional contracts or website use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
